We are the owners of all commercial space at Cityview including the restaurant, bank, nail salon, coffee shop, Realtors, Financial Services, monthly storage & For Sale and For Rent on-site parking. We developed the beautiful Enclave 8, Cityview's only new construction project.
We currently have full time, full service, experienced REALTORS ON-SITE at Cityview, Society Hill Towers, The Residences at Liberty Place & Riverwest and will have our agents on-site in many of Philadelphia's condo buildings throughout center city very soon. We sell condos and houses in all Philadelphia neighborhoods and it's surrounding suburbs.

Our fee is one month's rent for the following services:
We market your unit using the same traditional methods as other brokerages AND our agents are on-site to meet & greet tenants who want to live at Cityview.
Full ON LINE marketing on all major real estate sites including Google, Yahoo, etc.
MLS Listing with several color photos. The MLS is linked to many on-line real estate websites.
Your property advertised on REALTOR.COM! Advertising 'Banners' directing tenants and relocation prospects directly to our listings, Enhanced color listings and Featured Homes. Our company has purchased this very extensive marketing package because REALTOR.COM is owned by the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and is proven to be the most widely used real estate search engine by tenants and buyers alike.
We do Income & employment verifications and landlord verifications.
We will collect one month security, last and first month's rent.
We are seasoned Property Managers and know how to assist our tenants & owners even after move in. If you live off site, consider this great service. We are on-site daily, our agents live in the building and we know the building well.
